 Chesterfield Town Centre
AGDR and Scott Wilson URBAN were commissioned by Chesterfield Borough Council to prepare a masterplan for Chesterfield Town Centre. AGDR was responsible for the commercial property and delivery aspects of the study. The study identified a shared vision and series of catalyst projects to drive the regeneration of the town centre including the re-configuration and enhancement of the market as a key retail anchor for the town and the redevelopment of the Northern Gateway to establish a new retail anchor to the north of the town centre.
