 Sefton Investment Centre
AGDR, together with Scott Wilson and Meridien Pure carried out the feasibility study for a 30,000 sq.ft. business centre in the centre of Bootle. The work included preparing a full concept for the centre including scale, content, design parameters and identifying the most appropriate location. AGDR was retained to manage the preparation of a development brief and the appointment of architects by design competition. We also worked together with Scott Wilson to prepare funding bids to public sector partners of Sefton MBC.
