 Long Eaton Town Centre
AGDR together with Taylor Young and Faber Maunsell were commissioned in 2005 by Erewash Borough Council to prepare an area action plan for the regeneration of Long Eaton Town Centre. AGDR was responsible for all the commercial property and development aspects of the study to develop a shared vision and masterplan for the town based on a set of deliverable projects.
